Dr. Ioannis Kinias

Associate Professor

Dr. Ioannis Kinias is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean and a Scientific Associate of the Postgraduate Programs “Business Administration – MBA” and “Executive MBA.”

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in Engineering Management from Brunel University (U.K.), and a Doctoral degree (PhD) in Business Strategy from the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean. He has also conducted Postdoctoral research in Business Strategy at the Department of Business Administration of the University of the Aegean, as a scholar of the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY).

He has taught at the undergraduate level in the Department of Regional Economic Development at the University of Central Greece as a Scientific Associate, and at the Training Institute of the National Centre for Public Administration as a certified instructor.

His studies and articles have been published in international scientific journals and presented at international conferences. His research interests include Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Energy Policy, and Family Business Management.
