In Spring semester 2024-2025, the program launched the MBA Aegean Mentors institution.
Goal: connecting established professionals with MBA students seeking to advance their careers in management and entrepreneurship. Mentors act as bridges and role models, encouraging and supporting mentees in their professional path through a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
The first online meeting took place on March 17, 2025, with many mentors participating and offering their knowledge, experience, and passion for the new generation of professionals.
The institution is supported by the following participating organizations:

- Greek Association of Human Resource Management
- Chios Chamber of Commerce
- Institute of Internal Auditors
- Allilon
Additionally, executives from a multitude of businesses and organizations are participating, such as: Henkel, Novartis, METRO, National Bank, ICAP, Kariera Group, ELTON, Wilo Greece, Hotel Brain, Chalkiadakis SA, Independent Public Revenue Authority, ARAMPATZIS SA – Greek Dough – Vivartia Group, GiveLink, Technology & Research Foundation, Hack The Box , LA CASA, Thessaloniki Port Authority, Advisable, G.
