Welcome to the MBA of the University of the Aegean.
The year 2026 marks an important milestone for our Programme as we celebrate 25 years of learning, growth, and achievements. Since its establishment in 2001, the MBA has supported professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs in developing their knowledge and taking the next steps in their personal and professional journeys.
Our Programme is designed to bridge academic knowledge and real-world practice. We aim to develop not only strong management skills, but also strategic thinking, adaptability, creativity, collaboration, and the ability to make decisions in an increasingly complex business environment.
Through a contemporary curriculum, students can specialise in key areas of modern management, Auditing and Financial Analysis, Business Administration, and Operations and Innovation, with a strong focus on digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
At the same time, we believe that an MBA experience should extend well beyond the classroom. Strong connections with the business environment and the labour market are an integral part of our Programme. Guest lectures by business leaders, the MBA Aegean Mentors initiative, collaborations with companies, real-world business projects, Career Days, internships, and Erasmus+ mobility opportunities give our students the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, gain practical experience, and explore new professional opportunities.
But above all, the MBA Programme is about people. Our students, alumni, faculty, business professionals, and administrative staff form a supportive community. Different academic backgrounds, professional experiences, perspectives, and ambitions come together to create an environment where people can learn from one another, build relationships, and grow together.
