My decision to attend the MBA at the University of the Aegean, in Chios, was decisive for my academic and professional development. At the same time, her guidance and support greatly contributed to my receiving the HR Professional Talent Management award. I was quite happy with my previous job. The work-life balance was good, I liked what I was doing but I had the desire to learn something new and do something more challenging. I needed a change. I also wanted to experience living in a foreign country and learn from people from all over the world. My MBA journey started with a lot of hopes, ambition and expectations. Those hopes have now been replaced with reality and a chance to continue stepping in the direction of those ambitions. I feel more mature and organized during my MBA because of the cooperative and friendly environment of the University of the Aegean. Now that I have my MBA, I am happy to say it was all worth it and the overall experience has made me more confident, curious, and self-aware.
