I am an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods in the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean, where I have been teaching since 2007. I hold a degree from the Department of Mathematics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s degree in Decision Sciences from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and a PhD in Operations Research from the same university. I have taught as a Scientific Associate (P.D. 407/80) at Panteion University (2004), the University of Ioannina (2005–2006), and the University of Piraeus (2008–2009).
My research interests focus on operations research, data analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), and information and communication technologies (ICT). Part of my research has been published in international journals such as International Transactions in Operations Research, Omega, and Journal of Financial Services Marketing. I serve as a reviewer for journals including Management Research News and Operational Research International Journal.
From 2005 to 2007, I worked as a researcher at the Observatory for the Information Society, managing and implementing projects related to Information and Communication Technologies funded by the European Union. From January 2009 to 2010, I provided scientific consulting services to Digital Enhancements S.A., operating under the Operational Program “Digital Convergence” of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF 2007–2013).
