Dear Candidates,

The Master in Business Administration - MBA of the University of the Aegean has already completed more than 2 decades of contribution to the quality education of executives and entrepreneurs.

It is addressed to young graduates from all university departments -such as engineers, lawyers, mathematicians, doctors, sociologists, economists - who wish to acquire systematic and rational scientific knowledge of everyday business life in order to vigorously claim a job in many functional areas of ​​companies and organizations, but also to executives, in the private or public sector, who seek to develop their knowledge, move their career forward or obtain another position in the same or another company.

The primary objective of our MBA program is to develop tomorrow's businesses leaders by focusing not only on their professional training but also on the development of the skills, professional mindset, entrepreneurial thinking and personality. This blending is a requirements to respond quickly, with ingenuity and creativity, to constant changes and to operate in a collaborative environment that accepts the uniqueness of its members.

The University of the Aegean continuously invests in academic quality, cultivating the responsibility of the scientific and administrative staff. Building on the tradition of innovative entrepreneurship, interdisciplinarity and its social role, the University of the Aegean has for decades been strengthening the institutional, developmental and social cohesion of the Polynesian region, the Eastern Mediterranean.

A total of ninety (90) credits (ECTS) are required to obtain the postgraduate qualification.

Credits are distributed as follows:

First semester courses (30 credits) correspond to six (6) credits per course.

2nd semester courses(30 credits in total) in all specializations correspond to six (6) credits per course.

The postgraduate thesis corresponds to 30 credits.

First Semester
The core courses of the 1st semester aim to develop basic operational and administrative skills. Students are introduced to the activities of various business sectors and to the techniques used in them.
